Getting to Hamilton Park: Corner of Jersey Avenue & 9th Street, use 252 9th street for mapping software and GPS.

Using NYC PATH service: Go to the 33rd Street Path, located at 33rd St.& 6th Ave, with entrances at 32nd St.& 6th Ave. and 34th St. & Broadway.  At the turnstiles, take the left most track marked JSQ (Journal Square, Jersey City) to the Grove St stop (second stop in New Jersey).  Bear right out of the station using the center stairway and head up to street level. At street level you'll face Grove St, with a Dunkin Doughnuts to your right. Go toward Dunkin Doughnuts, crossing Newark Avenue, continue walking to 1st street and make a left and then a right on to Erie Street at the next corner. Follow Erie Street for 8 more blocks and make a left on 9th. The park is half way down on the left hand side.





































From NYC Driving: Take the Holland Tunnel to New Jersey. Once out of the tunnel get into the left most lane and once you pass the Dunkin Doughnuts on your left, another left lane for local turns will appear. Get into this lane at the last light before the New Jersey Turnpike, make a left on to Jersey Avenue. Take Jersey Avenue for 2 blocks until it dead ends into Hamilton Park. Make a left on 9th street and park along 9th street or around park.    

NJ DRIVING - TURNPIKE NORTH/SOUTH:  Take the New Jersey Turnpike North to the exit 14's (Newark Bay Extension). Take the Turnpike extension to 14c Holland Tunnel. After the Turnpike Bridge and the toll plaza, stay in the right lane follow the extension until you come to the first traffic light. At this light, make a right on to Jersey Avenue. Take Jersey Avenue for 2 blocks until it dead ends into Hamilton Park. Make a left on 9th street and park along 9th street or around park.

NJ DRIVING - 1 & 9 NORTH. - Take NJ 1 & 9 NORTH, once in highway area, drive toward Jersey City and the Pulaski Skyway. If express, go straight on to the Pulaski Skyway, if local bear left on to Pulaski Skyway. Take the Skyway past the Broadway exit and it will merge into a two lane highway (covered roadway). Once out of the covered roadway, the highway will turn into a 4-lane road. Immediately, get in the rightmost lane and go half a mile to the next light. Turn right on to Jersey Avenue and go for 2 blocks until it dead ends into Hamilton Park. Make a left on 9th street and park along 9th street or around park.
          
NJ DRIVING - RT 3 EAST: Take RT 3 East to the US1/US9 exit marked Jersey City and bear right off of ramp.   Take US1/US9 to the TONNELLE AVE exit and make a left, staying straight and not turning into the circle.  Merge on to the Pulaski Viaduct (Covered Roadway) traffic, getting into the right lane.  After Viaduct ends, road breaks out into a 4-lane highway, switch over to the right most lane.  At the first light make a right on to Jersey Ave.  Jersey Ave dead ends into the HAMILTON PARK on 9th St.  Make a left on 9th street and park along 9th street or around park.
