The Gentlemen of Verona: Valentine prepares to depart for the court of the Duke of Milan for an extended of stay aborad to study. Before he leaves he teases his lovesick friend Proteus (Steven Bari) about his infactuation with Julia. Shipyard Park, Hoboken, NJ
Proteus (Steven Bari) presses his servant Speed (Patrick Fellows) about a love letter that he has sent o Julia and how it has been received. Shipyard Park, Hoboken, NJ
The high strung Julia (Sarah Amandes) questions her servant Lucetta (Rebecca Overholt) about several possible suitors but specifically Proteus. Lucetta delivers a letter from Proteus which Julia quickly and indignantly tears in front of her. Julia quickly tries to repair the letter after Lucetta leaves. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
Speed (Patrick Fellows, right) taunts his master Valentine about his very OBVIOUS affection for Siliva as Valentine then trips over his words for her. Shipyard Park, Hoboken, NJ
The clown Launce (Scott Sortman) demonstrates the regular practices of his partner Crab the dog during dinner. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ.
Proteus (Steven Bari) is sent to join Valentine in the Court of Milan. Above, he bids an awkward goodbye to Julia (Sarah Amandes). Proteus vows to remain faithful to her while his is away. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
Launce (Scott Sortman) muses on leaving his family and uses various articles of clothing to represent them. Here he speaks with his father the shoe. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
Valentine is welcomed to Milan by Thurio (Michael Hagins), the suitor of Silivia with anger manangement issues. He growls to indimidate Valentine from even thinking about pursuing Silvia. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
Undeterred by the would be suitor Thurio, Valentine tries to woo the interested Silvia (Abigail Diers). Above, Silvia has asked Valentine to write her a mock love letter. Although, she appreciates the effort she returns the letter and tells him to try harder. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
Thurio (Michael Hagins), while apparently menacing is easily foiled. Above he is wacked on the butt as Speed leaves an audience with the Duke.

Upon arriving at the Duke' s court Proteus meets Silvia and immediately falls in love with her forgetting about Julia and betraying Valentine. Above, Proteus informs Thurio (Michael Hagins) and eventually the Duke of an intended elopment of Valentine and Silvia. Thurio relishes exacting his own revenge on Valentine. The Duke (Bill Allgood) takes matter into his own hands by ambushing Valentine before he can reach Silvia. Above, Valentine has a rope ladder hidden under his coat that he was going to use to climb a wall to her window. As a consequnce Valentine is banished from Milan. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
With Launce (Scott Sortman), the slimy Proteus (Steven Bari) "consoles" Valentine about his banishment and that he will "look after" Silvia. Shipyard Park, Hoboken, NJ
With Valentine out of the way, Proteus proceeds to woo Silivia. Usurping a serendate effort by Thurio, he sings with Lauce (Scott Sortman) and an inkeeper (Jennifer Moses) to serenade Silvia. However, an old friend of Proteus has arrived in Milan that throws a monkey wrench into his plans. Shipyard Park, Hoboken, NJ
Julia (Sarah Amandes), disguised as a male page arrives in Milan to keep tabs on Proteus. She quickly sees that he is serenading and pursing Silvia (Abigail Diers). Shipyard Park, Hoboken, NJ
Silvia (Abigail Diers) intercepts a letter that thinks was intended for her but instead was the letter that was originally written by Proteus to Julia. She then learns of Proteus' true nature of cheating on his old girlfriend with her. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
A distraught Julia (Sarah Amandes) listens to the goings on in court by the innkeeper (Jennifer Moses) as she pines for Proteus. Sinatra Park, Hoboken, NJ
Upon being banished from Milan, Valentine is caputred by outlaws but quickly gains their friendship. Shipyard Park, Hoboken, NJ
Silvia goes to the forrest to find Valentine is then pursued by her father, Thurio, Proteus, and everyone else. In the forrest, Proteus rescues Silvia from the outlaws and attempts to have his way with her but Valentine appears and challenges him. Proteus and Valentine fight ahas a change of heart. Julia reveals herself and after some explanations she accepts him. Above the Duke (Bill Allgood) arrives with the outlaws (Rebecca Overholt and Jennifer Moses) and all is set right with the couples and court, with Thurio left out in the cold.
